Adoption Fees
Adoption fees range from $200-$400 based on each dog's individual needs. For example, If a dog comes to us fully vaccinated and spayed/neutered, the fee is $200 to cover costs of basic care while in foster. If Hair of the Dog is covering the vaccines and spay/neuter, the fee will be $400. We are an all volunteer nonprofit 501(c)3 and all adoption fees will go toward the care, comfort, and efforts in finding our rescues their permanent homes.
Process
Whether you are interested in a specific dog now or just want to get your info approved and on file with us for when the dog of your dreams becomes available, the process starts by filling out an application. We will acknowledge receipt of all applications. If you are considered a good candidate for the dog you are interested in, we will reach out to you with next steps and set up a meet and greet!
